I suggest you to un-install and re-install printer drivers and check if it helps.
Follow these steps to un-install and re-install the drivers:
1.On the search bar type “ Device Manager”
2.On the left pane locate “Print queues” and expand by clicking on it
3.Right on the “printer driver” option and click “Uninstall’
4.Download the latest printer driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.

I had already done this, but I did not go through Device Manager; I went to the printers and uninstalled it there. It still didn't work. I have another thing to try (downloaded from HP website), but I will be 'out of commission' today. Thanks!
